Filming on the seventh season of “Deadliest Catch” is scheduled to begin sometime next month, and when it does . . . they could be without three stars.

Captains Johnathan and Andy Hillstrand have announced they won’t participate in any filming while Discovery has a pending lawsuit against them.  They’re being sued for allegedly bailing on a planned special.

Captain Sig Hansen has also refused to return, as a show of solidarity with the Hillstrands.

Discovery has not responded to the hold-outs yet but it sounds like that would leave them with just three out of the five boats in the fleet.

Sig captains the Northwestern.  The Hillstrands co-captain the Time Bandit.
